About the photographer
Valdis Seržans
Seržans is a Latvian photographer whose practice grew from early film-camera curiosity into a serious focus on urban architecture and landscape photography. His images are used throughout 7:40 to give the dining room its gallery character — an atmosphere that connects the family’s Latvian roots with the broader European story on the menu.
