It’s always family first.

Brothers Daniel and Dustin Gelman opened Rosie’s in 2020 and named it after their grandmother, a woman who could make anyone in the room feel at home. The menu stays short on purpose: smashburgers, fries, rings, shakes. Classics are classics for a reason.
